This includes, without limitation, pulling credit reports from major consumer reporting agencies (such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) and requesting credit card processor statements and bank statements from financial institutions, creditors, and third parties to evaluate your request for commercial funding or merchant cash advance transactions.
TCPA Communication Consent You further provide your express written consent to receive notifications, application updates, and marketing communications from TurboCap and its designees at the email address and phone numbers provided in this form. This consent applies to messages sent via text messages (SMS), emails, automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and live phone calls. You understand that your consent to receive automated marketing communications is completely voluntary and is not a condition of funding approval.
Accuracy Certification & Notice of Rights Finally, you certify that you are an authorized representative, owner, or officer of the applicant business and that all information, financial figures, and statements provided throughout this application are accurate, true, and complete. You acknowledge that if your application for business credit is denied, you have the right to a written statement of the specific reasons for the denial by submitting a written request to TurboCap within 60 days of being notified of the credit decision.
